Our Policies

• A variety of accommodations are offered at the Seven Gables Inn.
  
  
• All of our rooms feature outstanding ocean views, a full private bath, and king or queen-sized beds.
  
  
• All guest rooms are furnished with an eclectic collection of comfortable furnishings.
  
  
• The price of the room is dependent on the size of the room and the expanse of the ocean view.

Rates include a generous breakfast served each morning from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. in our ocean-front Beach House. Also included is an evening turn-down service.

Complimentary wine and cheese is served daily from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. in the Main House. This is a great time to socialize and review menus of area restaurants. Homemade cookies with milk are served each evening.

Complimentary high speed wireless internet connection for your computer in all our Guest Rooms and common areas.

Check-in time is between 3 p.m. and 10 p.m.
Check-out time is by 12 Noon.

A 2-night minimum stay is required on weekends. Certain holiday and special event weekends require a 3-night minimum stay.

NO SMOKING, NO CANDLES, OR ANYTHING BURNING and no pets are permitted anywhere in the interior of the Inn.

We cannot accommodate small, pre-teen children because of the low window sills, sharp corners, delicate furnishings and lack of child-proofing in the Inns. Well-behaved, older children are always welcome

Full pre-payment by VISA, MasterCard or American Express is required to confirm all reservations.

If your plans change and you must cancel your reservations, we require that you notify us by 6 p.m., 5 days prior to arrival, for an immediate refund. On shorter notice, payments are refunded only if the room is re-rented. The same policies also apply to changing the date of your reservation. All complete cancellations will be charged a $20 per room service fee.

There is always ample street parking. We also have some off-street parking for our guests located directly behind the Beach House.

Television is available in the Main House parlor area only. Our parlor closes at 10 p.m. each evening. Telephones are available for our guests at all hours in phone booths located in the Main House and the Beach House.

We will gladly provide information on restaurants and entertainment in the area and we will also make any reservations that you may desire.

Personalized gift certificates are readily available for your special gift-giving in any dollar amount that you may wish.
